SCAM/SCAM/SCAM w/a side of SCAM. We parked and paid on the park mobile app for 4 hours, we were parked for less than 30 min and 3 spots in front of our car was another sign that said 30 min. They require (2) forms of ID and your registration which is crazy if you are not traveling and do not reside in the only 33137 Zip code.. So if you do not reside in 33137 and your vehicle is not registered in Miami Beach, you CANNOT pay with credit or debit but you can pay them with Zelle. And if your car is there and you do pay, you can have the additional unfortunate endeavor of getting blocked in by another car in the lot and then accrue additional charges while they do move the other vehicle.
