Saw this tow truck company hit & run a parked car. The parked car opened their door and the Tadio’s tow truck hit the door and damaged it. Then got out and yelled at the guy blaming him, then drove off, then changed his mind, reversed down the road at an unsafe speed, yelled at him more, threw thrash on the ground, then drove off.
