I did lie Rob. It's was $32,210.01 you charged my insurance not the $26,000.00+ as previously stated. Almost 6 months and nearly $26,000.00 paid by my insurance company and the work on my truck was never completed. The adjuster stated they approved the work "sight unseen." I'm obtaining these photos from the insurance company. Worst experience I have ever imagined and an owner/manager with the worst temper you will ever encounter. As proven by every response he posts. It's always the customer who's wrong and he attacks them on a personal level. Calls people names and uses disparaging remarks towards his customers instead of conflict resolution to justify his incompetence and lack of people skills and workmanship. Just read the negative review responses from him. Won't let you inspect any parts he claims to have purchased to replace. Also refused to give me the parts that they removed that I paid for because I paid for the truck!! The pictures were emailed to me by the owner. Do you see $26,000.00+ in damage? I don't!! I see a damaged left rear rim, and the right-side rear cab damage. The windshield was replaced by Safelite a couple of months before the accident. The windshield is not from Safelite anymore. It had 4 skid plates, now there are only 3. My gas tank had the standard 23-gallon tank plus an additional 5 for a 28-gallon capacity. It's now max 20 gallons. It sat 2" higher than it does now which is why I had a bed-step installed. Dont necessarily need it now because the truck sits lower. The MagnaFlow Direct fit muffler is no longer there. And the list goes on. The attached parts list is from Rob directly as are the pictures. There are 5 supplements. So the first adjuster just missed all that damage? The other 4 supplements for some reason were different adjusters. My full-sized spare tire is missing. Needless to say, his Lifetime warranty is in my opinion "poop" because he's blocked my email and refuses to return my calls. For me...I will never send anyone here. Please save yourself some trouble, go elsewhere. Many other reputable auto body shops with BBB accreditation and certification mean something. ICar certifies welders are up to date on the newest welding techniques. This is my opinion only. No Rob this is not harassment. This is how a squeaky wheel gets oiled. You've limited my options to very few. I hope you have a great day sir.
